NOTICE OF POSITION LOCAL SEASONAL STAFF

The Consulate General of Greece in Sydney announces the availability of a local position for a seasonal employee who will be engaged to support the section issuing visas under a fixed term contract which will expire on 31/12/2016.

The applicants must be:

• over the age of 21 and under 60 years of age

• permanent or temporary residents or citizens of Australia and be residing in NSW

• holders of a degree or diploma or other tertiary qualifications or be a student of a tertiary educational institution

• fluent in the English language – both written and spoken and

• possess excellent computer skills

Any additional qualifications, e.g. knowledge of the Greek language, knowledge of the French language, previous work experience in a similar position, availability for work outside normal work hours, familiarity with the international environment will also be taken into account.

Applications by the candidates should be accompanied by a detailed curriculum vitae and copies of the required documents and be submitted by 4.00 pm on Wednesday 27th July, 2016 at the Consulate General – Level 2/219-223 Castlereagh St, Sydney NSW 2000 or to the email address grgencon.sid@mfa.gr

The applicant will be selected by the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Athens based on the curriculum vitae and the rest of the submitted documents.
